Blade of The Eclipse
Prerequisite: Elf, Ranger Class, Trained in Arcana
For 1000 years the Knights of Eclipse have served the High Council, acting as their envoys and enforcers in the Kingdom of Faeshire. They are known far and wide for their deadly technique of blending precise sword strikes with radiant and necrotic power. You have learned the secret of this art and have begun mastering it's techniques to become a formidable warrior on the battlefield.
Blade of The Eclipse Features
Weakness Awareness (11th level): Against any humanoid target designated as your quarry, you gain a bonus to damage rolls equal to your Wisdom modifier.
Skilled Duelist (11th level): While you are adjacent to the target of your Hunter's Quarry and no other creature is adjacent to it, you gain a +2 bonus to attack rolls against it.
Wielder of Light and Shadow (16th level): When you deal a critical hit to the target of your Hunter's Quarry, you deal additional necrotic and radiant damage equal to half your level.

Blinding Quickstep Blade of The Eclipse Attack 11
With graceful movement your blade shimmers with stunning light as you strike those around you, blinding them for future attacks.

Target: Each enemy in burst you can see
Attack: Strength vs. AC
Hit: 1 [W] + Strength modifier damage, and the target is blinded until the end of your next turn.

Minor Action Close Burst 10
Target: Each humanoid enemy in burst that can hear you
Effect: You speak your name, and the targets take a -2 penalty to attack rolls against you until the end of the encounter. If you're trained in Intimidate, you also gain combat advantage against the targets until the end of your next turn.

With a sudden flurry of swings, your blades unleash a torrent of radiant and necrotic energy in a dazzling display.
Daily * Arcane, Weapon
Standard Action Melee Weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Strength vs. AC (main weapon and off-hand weapon), two attacks
Hit: 3[W] + Strength modifier damage per attack, and the first attack that hits also deals ongoing 10 damage (save ends). Radiant damage on main hand, and necrotic damage on off-hand.
Miss: Half damage, and no ongoing damage.
